Our Consulting team focuses on professional services for on-premise and cloud-based solutions in the digital world of data capture and process automation. You work in the heart of the industries of Business Process Outsourcing, FSI and Shared Services Centers and add value with your business, digital and technological know-how. At ScaleHub, you will find a fascinating working environment, challenging projects, and big clients combined with a broad range of the latest technologies and lots of creative leeway.

ScaleHub is seeking experienced full-time (Senior) Consultants who are passionate about building innovative cloud managed services and ECM platform solutions.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will advise our customers strategically in the ECM and cloud areas, including the analysis of the existing situation, development of business cases, requirement descriptions and technical concepts.
  • You will support the creation of the functional and technical architecture and define the best implementation and transformation strategy.
  • Based on your experience as a Business Consultant with strong IT affinity, you will support system integration projects of all sizes from a strategic or functional point of view and advise customers on digital challenges in the areas of Cloud Managed Services or SaaS.
  • You will create IT architectures, operating models and application landscapes.
  • You will collaborate closely with our Sales department to support detailed questions on products and solutions.
  • You do all this within the framework of exciting projects in the financial services, insurances and outsourcing provider environment, which you set up, structure and carry out independently.
  • You are always up to date with trends and develop new IT strategies and opportunities for our customers.

Your profile:

  • University degree or comparable professional qualification.
  • Several years of professional consulting experience.
  • Expert knowledge in cloud technologies, managed services and/or AI or security with good market insights (private/public cloud solutions and approaches), gladly with certifications.
  • Experience in the analysis and evaluation of IT landscapes and the conception of new IT architectures, including integration concepts.
  • Know-how in regulatory guidelines such as ISO 2700x, GDPdU and data protection.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, a strong customer-centric approach and communication skills (in German and English).
  • Fun in intensive travel activity.
  • Experience working with (scan)-process service providers and shared service centers in the financial services sector is a plus.
